The perfect place for:

Get to know some of the Polish/Kashub heritage of the area with stops at the Szare Szeregi Monument, built in 1995 for the 50 year anniversary of Warsaw Uprising. It is dedicated to the 10,000 Polish scouts killed during Warsaw Uprising in 1944 and for those killed in concentration camps.

Step back to our logging history with a stop at the Crooked Slide Park.

The South Wilno Road connects the Opeongo Trail System to the Combermere Trail System.

Trail Length: Approximately 45 km

Trailhead:                     Yababuski Centre in Barry’s Bay 



 Mostly easies and intermediate (Click Here to View the Technicality Rating Chart)

• Some more technical trail requirements to approach the lookout due to incline

• SxS/OVR friendly


Trail Conditions

• Combination of dirt/gravel roads and paved roads

• Bush and forested trails 

•  Inclines/declines to the lookout
