B Trail Railbed Brushing & Algonquin Trail Stone-Dusting

The snowmobile club will start brushing on the B Trail Railbed, and volunteers will have an excavator on the 101 in Deacon for trail renewal. Watch for large equipment.
The Algonquin Trail continues to be improved in the County of Renfrew. If weather cooperates they will start adding stone-dust to a 24 km section of the Algonquin Trail between Cobden and Pembroke this fall, with work continuing into 2022.
This weekend, why not explore the Loggers Loop trail system? While you’re there check out the beautiful South Algonquin Lookout. View the Loggers Loop map here.
This weekly trail report is brought to you by Renfrew County ATV Club and the Ottawa Valley Tourist Association.
